What Our Indoor Plant Subscriptions Include:

  • We will surprise you each month (monthly plant subscription) or every 3 months (seasonal plant subscription) with at least one happy plant in a nursery pot - the plant size will vary between a 12cm, 15cm, 19cm, 20cm or 25cm pot depending on the plant type for that month/season.
  • Your plant will be accompanied by a detailed and easy-to-use care card explaining how to care for the specific plant that you receive each month/season.
  • With each subscription package, you will also receive additional plantie goodies and guides that we believe will help you along your plant parent journey.

How The Monthly Indoor Plant Subscriptions Work:

  • Purchase your subscription before the last day of the current month and you will receive your subscription box within the first week of the following month.
  • You will be billed monthly on the day of the month that you purchased your subscription. Or alternatively every 3 months (Quarterly), every 6 months (Bi-Annually) or once off for the year (Annually) on the day of the month that you purchased your subscription, at a discounted rate, depending on the payment plan that you choose.
  • If you pay once off for the year (Annually), then you will get 2 months subscriptions FREE. If you pay every 6 months (Bi-Annually), then you will get 1 month subscription FREE. And if you pay every 3 months (Quarterly), then you will get a discount on your yearly subscription based on which subscription you choose.
  • You will receive a delivery of happiness monthly, within the first week of each month.
  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by registering an account with Payfast when checking out.
  • You can update your billing and personal details at any time by registering an account with Payfast when checking out.

How The Seasonal Indoor Plant Subscriptions Work:

  • Purchase your subscription before the last day of the current month and you will receive your subscription box within the first week of the following month.
  • You will be billed every 3 months on the day of the month that you purchased your subscription, or alternatively once-off for the whole year at a discounted rate.
  • If you pay once off for the year up front (Annually), then you will get 1 months subscription FREE.  
  • You will receive a delivery of happiness every 3 months (seasonally/quarterly), within the first week of each corresponding month.
  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by registering an account with Payfast when checking out.
  • You can update your billing and personal details at any time by registering an account with Payfast when checking out.

When purchasing any of our indoor plant subscriptions you will be offered the option to register an account with Payfast at checkout.

When you register this account you can manage every element of your subscription details, your billing date, your card information as well as personal and delivery information related to your purchase.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time and update payment information if you need to. You can also keep up to date with your subscriptions and view your subscription information.
